VITA INDUSTRIAL TEAM SPOTLIGHT

One of the key social media campaigns I contributed to at Vita Industrial was the Team Spotlight series, a bi-weekly initiative designed to highlight our employees. The goal was to elevate our social presence, showcase the people behind our complex technology, and highlight what makes Vita Industrial a great place to work. I coordinated and led photoshoots with our engineering team, meticulously editing each image to capture personality and professionalism. Using these assets, I designed visually engaging layouts for social posts that balanced storytelling with strict adherence to brand guidelines. This project required cross-team collaboration, creative problem-solving, and strategic thinking, resulting in content that not only boosted audience awareness but also celebrated the talented individuals driving our work.
